From The Inside Out РCrafting Characters with Aiki Flinthart

Create rounded, flawed characters – from the inside, out. ¬†Understand personality types (using an easy, 4-personality profiling system). Then combine, conflict, and complement these to drive narratives and conflicts. Learn what motivates the different personalities; how they handle stress; how they express love. How external factors (family, culture, trauma, age) modify personalities. Finish with layering character externals ‚Äď personal ticks, appearance, habits.¬†

This is a workshop for writers of all levels. More information on program formats and level definitions can be found here.
