Writing Magic with Karen Foxlee
Do you dream of writing magical stories for kids and young adults? Karen Foxlee will take you through the basics of magic world building, character creation and the essential ingredients of giving heart and soul to your magical adventures. This workshop will help participants identify the type of magic they
are writing, understand the basic principles of world building (from glimpses, to maps and the rules of magic), and become familiar with the principles of creating living, breathing characters (or creatures) with believable magical powers.
Workshop for beginner and intermediate writers. More information on program formats and level definitions can be found here.
