Helping aspiring authors get published.

Share Your Story helps aspiring authors by connecting them with active and successful industry professionals to help them on their journey to publication. Attending workshops with fellow creatives optimises your ability to keep your network fresh and active, strengthen connections and know more about the people who are succeeding in your chosen industry. Across the world, a revolution has taken place. Driven by advancements in social networking, creatives have unprecedented opportunities to share their story with the world. The publishing industry is changing and it can be harder to get a book published than ever before. Writers are looking to achieve a deeper engagement with publishers and readers by empowering themselves with the knowledge they need to be a successfully published author.

Write Links for Children’s Authors and Illustrators

Write Links is a vibrant and active community with many opportunities for emerging and published children’s writers and illustrators. Our monthly meetings include critique groups, divided into picture books, junior fiction, Young Adult and others. During our meetings we also have a focus on networking and professional development.

Write Links has been made possible through the support and with the assistance of Book Links and the Queensland Writer’s Centre.
