Most of our writers identify with the Christian faith but all are welcome. Our sessions often focus on an aspect of writing craft, discussion of the industry and mutual critique of group members’ work. The Omega Writers Brisbane group is part of the national Omega Writers Association.
Orange Grove Writers are a friendly group which meets every week. We offer each other constructive criticism, support and encouragement and also exchange information about competitions, opportunities and events. Sometimes topics are suggested but members mostly prefer to work on their own projects (mainly short stories, plays or novels). New members are very welcome. We do not charge any fees.Â
